How to contact the workshop about a return, cancellation or damaged delivery.
Changing your mind
For online consumer purchases covered by EU withdrawal rules, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Email hello@verpste.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision. A ready-made original is not treated as personalised merely because it is unique.
Sending a work back
Contact the workshop for the return address and packing instructions. Handle the work carefully and protect the carving during transport. Return postage is paid by the customer when returning a non-faulty work after changing their mind. This does not limit rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
Damage or an incorrect item
Email hello@verpste.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the work and packaging help us understand transit damage. Keep the packaging while the issue is being resolved.
Refunds
Where the EU right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement is due within 14 days of notification, including the cost of standard outbound delivery. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received back or evidence of return is provided.
